Why You Need To Report Your Medicare Address Change

To sign up for Medicare you must have a US mailing address on file so you can receive communications from Medicare such as plan changes or offers.

After you move to a new address, you will need to update your address on file with Medicare as soon as you can so CMS (the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) can send you your Medicare card, send you quarterly Medicare Summary notices, mail you your Medicare And You handbook, and send you other important information.
